We recognize that every sterile processing department is unique. Our goal is to provide you with the headache free integration of our AIM™ systems into your sterile processing environment. To accomplish this, we take a team approach. Your team of RST implementation specialists are here to ensure success from Day 1.
Your team will consist of an AIM™ Project Manager and an AIM™ Certified Technician who will oversee all the aspects of your AIM™ system installation and training, including, but not limited to:
- AIM™ system physical location
- Power
- Network connections (IT)
- IMS software interface (if available)
- Shipping
- Installation
- Tray selection (if applicable)
- Count Sheet importation (if applicable
- Review instrument naming consistency
- Handle special instructions
- Instrument training
- Our systems know instruments, but they will also learn to recognize your facilities instruments
- Productivity benchmarking
- Staff training
- Weekly data analysis and progress meetings
- Each week we show you results and review progress with you and your team
